CBT Hub provides tools and services for conducting and managing online and offline examinations. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and institutional regulations.

All data, materials, files, exam content, and information (“User Content”) that you upload, post, or submit to CBT Hub remain your property.
However, by submitting or uploading any content to the Platform, you grant CBT Hub a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, store, display, distribute, analyze, or otherwise use such content for any purpose—including improvement, analytics, marketing, and research—without the need for additional consent or notification.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to post or upload such content.
